Refund, Cancellation & Subscription Policy

HuddleCare Plus will be a digital subscription service with no physical goods. You may cancel at any time from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds will be available within 14 days of initial purchase. Annual subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of renewal receive a pro-rated refund for unused months. To request a refund, contact support@huddlecare.app.

All payments processed in USD via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to our Terms of Service.

No physical goods

HuddleCare is a software subscription. We do not ship physical products — no shipping or delivery policies apply.

No export restrictions

HuddleCare is currently available to US residents only. No legal or export restrictions apply to our digital service at this time.

Promotions & trials

Any promotional pricing or trial periods are offered for a defined, limited duration. Trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Terms of Service

By creating an account and using HuddleCare, you agree to these terms. HuddleCare provides a family care coordination platform as a digital subscription service.

  • Service is for personal, non-commercial family use
  • You are responsible for care data accuracy
  • HuddleCare is not a medical service or licensed healthcare provider
  • Terms may be updated with 30 days notice
  • Accounts may not be shared outside your care circle

Privacy Policy

HuddleCare collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

  • Account data: name, email, payment info (via Stripe)
  • Care data: tasks, medications, schedules, documents
  • Usage data: anonymous analytics to improve the product
  • Data stored on US-based, encrypted servers
  • You may request data deletion at any time

Payment & Security Policy

All payments processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified processor. HuddleCare never stores or accesses your full card number.

What we collect

We collect your name, email address, and account preferences when you register. If you subscribe to HuddleCare Plus, payment information is collected directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. Care data you enter — tasks, medications, notes, and documents — is stored encrypted and accessible only to members of your huddle.

How we use it

We use your information solely to provide the HuddleCare service — to send reminders, sync your huddle, and manage your subscription. We use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the product. We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time from your account settings. To request full account deletion, email privacy@huddlecare.app. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
